Membership Terms & Policies

Last updated September 13, 2026

1. Purpose and operator

These terms apply to the website and fitness services of Playfit Mokdong, operated by Outlanders (주식회사 아웃랜더스). The business registration number is 420-81-03312. Contact us at 02-2642-3853 or hello@playfit.io. Your chosen program, duration, amount paid, and start date are recorded in the membership agreement confirmed before purchase. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights.

2. Programs and passes

Signature is a 50-minute full-body program with a coordinated Monday–Friday training plan. Flow is a 50-minute group class with low-impact cardio and strength training for moms who want more energy, offered at set class times. Express is a 25-minute high-intensity interval program. A single-program pass covers classes in that program. Unlimited includes all three and permits multiple programs on the same day. Regular passes are available for 30, 60, or 90 days. The Trial Pass covers Signature only over 5 weekdays, and a first-visit free trial lasts one day. Participation is subject to the class schedule, available spots, and booking rules.

3. Prices and offers

VAT-inclusive list prices, shown in the order 30 / 60 / 90 days, are: Signature: ₩330,000 / ₩590,000 / ₩790,000; Flow: ₩280,500 / ₩501,500 / ₩671,500; Express: ₩231,000 / ₩413,000 / ₩553,000; Unlimited: ₩396,000 / ₩708,000 / ₩948,000. The Trial Pass costs ₩59,000. Promotions and Playfit challenges may reduce the amount you pay. Conditions and discounts are explained before payment. Refund calculations and other adjustments use the amount you actually paid, not the undiscounted list price.

4. Requests, start dates, and expiration

An inquiry, external link, or form submission does not itself complete a payment or booking. Registration is confirmed after reviewing the membership conditions with our team. A new pass should normally start within five business days of payment. A renewal that follows an existing pass uses the renewal activation date agreed at registration. Unless you separately agree to automatic renewal, the pass expires at the end of its agreed period.

5. Validity and operating schedule

The validity of a 30-, 60-, or 90-day pass is measured in calendar days from activation, including weekends and public holidays. Weekday class access does not make the validity period a count of business days. The five participating weekdays for a Trial Pass are checked before purchase; if a public holiday closes a class, the actual eligible dates are explained separately. Saturday open mats, workshops, and other activities follow studio announcements and are not guaranteed as automatically included regular-pass benefits.

6. Bookings and operational changes

Booking, cancellation, and missed-session rules are explained before purchase or booking. Classes start on time and their duration depends on the program. We aim to communicate necessary schedule or coach changes in advance. If an agreed service cannot be provided, we arrange the alternatives, refund, compensation, or other measures required by the agreement and applicable law.

7. Same-day cancellation and termination

If you cancel a payment on the day it was made, before you start using classes, it is canceled in full with no fee. You may also request termination during the validity period under the refund rules below. Statutory withdrawal rights and rights arising from the operator’s responsibility take priority where applicable. If a cancellation form is available, you can use it, but you can also notify our team by phone or another accepted contact method. You do not have to use a specific form to request cancellation.

8. Refund calculation

For termination for personal reasons before use starts, 10% of the actual amount paid is deducted and the balance returned. After use starts, the used portion and 10% of the actual amount paid are deducted. No additional card-processing fee or similar deduction is made. For a pass valid for a set period, the used portion equals the amount paid multiplied by the elapsed eligible days, divided by the total agreed days. Additional days supplied as part of the agreement are included in the total, and approved pause days are excluded from elapsed days. The Trial Pass uses its agreed participating weekdays. We do not use the undiscounted list price to calculate the used portion or require an additional payment solely because the calculated refund is below zero. Operator-caused termination, closures, and similar cases follow applicable statutory refund and compensation standards.

9. Request date and refund processing

We record when you communicate your intention to terminate and do not postpone that date because of an internal review delay. Elapsed days normally run from activation through the termination request date, adjusted for approved pauses and other applicable exclusions. We review the agreement, payment, and usage, explain the calculation, and process cancellation or refund through the original payment method without delay within the applicable legal deadline. If a bank refund is needed because the original method cannot be used, we check only the necessary bank details separately. The date a card cancellation appears on a statement may depend on the card provider.

10. Membership pauses

Signature, Flow, Express, and Unlimited 60-day passes allow one pause of up to 10 days; 90-day passes allow one pause of up to 20 days. Pause days include weekends and public holidays. Pauses are not included with 30-day passes, Trial Passes, or free trials. Apply before the intended start date. An approved pause extends your expiration date by the same number of days. Submitting a request does not confirm approval. We confirm your pause dates and new expiration date separately. This pause policy does not restrict statutory cancellation or refund rights.

11. Transfer process and fee

The remaining period of a regular Signature, Flow, Express, or Unlimited pass may be transferred once. Trial Passes and free trials cannot be transferred. The VAT-inclusive transfer fee is ₩33,000, and the parties agree who pays it. Both parties must personally confirm the details and intended transfer date. Our team confirms the transfer after checking the remaining period, fee, and the recipient’s agreement to the membership terms and safety guidance.

12. Access after transfer

The recipient takes over the remaining period and basic access, but does not inherit separately granted personal extras or eligibility for discounts. We do not reduce an already established remaining period because personal discount eligibility does not transfer. Further transfer of the received pass is restricted. Cancellation and refunds after transfer do not exclude statutory rights and are handled after checking the original agreement, payment, and transfer record. Separate financial arrangements between the parties are for them to agree; this does not waive the studio’s legal responsibilities.

13. Safe training and studio use

Follow your coach’s instructions and wear clean indoor training shoes and suitable clothing. Use equipment as instructed and keep independent exercise to designated areas. Stop and tell a coach immediately if you experience pain or unusual symptoms. Discrimination and harassment are prohibited; respect other members and staff. Intentional or negligent damage is handled according to the actual loss and each party’s responsibility. Fitness coaching is not medical diagnosis or treatment and does not guarantee a particular outcome or freedom from injury. This guidance does not waive the operator’s safety duties or legal liability.

14. Parking and video information

Spaces in the shared parking lot are not guaranteed. Follow the designated areas and parking rules. Accidents, theft, and damage are handled under applicable law and each party’s responsibility. CCTV is operated for its stated safety and facility-management purposes under notices at the actual installation locations and the separate video-information management policy.

15. Photography and promotional use

Promotional use of photographs or videos that identify you, including on the website and social media, is limited to the scope of separate optional consent. Refusal or withdrawal does not affect classes or membership benefits. If you appear in material without consenting, contact the team so we can take appropriate steps such as deletion or de-identification. Obtain another member’s consent before photographing or sharing identifiable content about them.

16. Records, changes, and disputes

Requests and processing outcomes are communicated in a record the member can review, and related information is managed under our privacy policy and applicable retention rules. When terms change, we explain the changes and effective date and follow the existing agreement and required legal process. Contact the operations team first to resolve a concern. Consumer advice, dispute resolution, and other legal routes remain available. Korean law and the jurisdiction determined by applicable law govern.
